With more than 23 years of experience, Brian brings extensive executive experience in banking and financial services, working closely with boards, executive leadership teams, and community stakeholders to align organizational goals with the unique needs of the communities they serve. He is passionate about strengthening community and tribal partnerships, empowering local economies, and ensuring that financial institutions remain resilient, ethical, and customer-focused in a rapidly changing industry.
