Monica Paris McFarland

Monica Paris McFarland is the Vice President of Treasury Management at Sovereign Bank, the largest tribally owned bank in the nation. She partners with businesses and organizations to enhance cash flow, optimize financial strategies, and implement tailored treasury solutions that drive long-term growth. Known for her relationship-focused approach and strategic insight, Monica brings more than a decade of experience in community banking and a strong track record of delivering measurable results.

Monica is a graduate of Randall University, where she earned her degree and competed on the women’s basketball team. That experience helped shape her leadership, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. She is passionate about giving back and serves on the Advisory Board for Hope is Alive, a nonprofit supporting individuals on the path to recovery.

Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Monica now lives in Edmond with her husband, Kael, and their two dogs, Nike and Buck. Outside of work, she enjoys running local trails, playing golf, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She believes in leading with authenticity, staying active, and always making space for the people and pups who matter most.
